My Xiamen Dream..--picture presentation
here begins my long wkend dream....first of all...my new style..hehe..
Day 1 - Jimei

i spend 5 mins to figure out that the thing behind me is a candle, a classical way to describe teachers. as Tan Kah-Kee founded the Jimei Uni and he himself is a mathematics, he is respected by being a 尊師重教 person ... on those stones ard the candle, there are the names and amounts of donations for education...guess what...Singapore Lee Foundation is donating 2 million SGD almost every year!....shocked me..
now gonna introduce my lunch:
first,水煮活魚，a szechuan dish, hot and spicy as u can see
second, 同安封肉，vvv yummy...
ok, now comes the 重頭戲， this dish is called 土筍凍。and as a typical chinese i assume that it's just some bamboo shoots as Nov did ...but u r V WRONG!...those r ....WORMS...i knew when i finish my fist bite...but i feel silly if i abandom the other half immediately after i heard it...ya i paisei to get mad ..so i kind of swallowed the remaining half... but from feeling of first bite....it just taste the same as bamboo shoots... yes..worms...suks right?...never mind...if u consider sea cucumber as sea worms then worms r basicalli ok to eat...
